the corner room offers extra space for relaxation after exploring, which really helped me unwind; plus, the staff was truly dedicated to making our stay unforgettable.

my family and i enjoyed our stay at four points. the location is great, just a few blocks from wall street and close to subway stations. the cleaning service was impressive, and we loved the free coffee in the lobby every morning. the fitness center was a fantastic bonus to keep our routine in check.

Elevator wait times can be excruciating!!! Inconsistent water temperature made showers unpredictable!!! Room sizes felt cramped for larger groups!!! A mini fridge in the room would have been appreciated!!!

I recently stayed for 4 nights in a Guest Room, 1 King. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to major attractions like Wall Street and the Brooklyn Bridge. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect spot to recharge after a long day of sightseeing.

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist when we encountered issues with our room. However, we did experience some inconveniences, such as slow elevator service and room maintenance delays, which detracted from our overall experience.
